The Team

Darren Good Darren Good (BSC Hons)

With a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector I utilise a vast range of communication tools to deliver conflict resolution training.

I have a special interest in advanced communication, including interpersonal skills, team conflict and NLP to name but a few. I have developed my own model of communication which is regarded among one of the best models in practice today. Empowering people to avoid conflict and to feel confident in these situations is my area of expertise.

I encourage learning in an open and fun environment using top class delivery techniques resulting in sustainable outcomes. Where break-away training is required I am a black belt in several martial arts and am well qualified to deliver the highest standard of training in the UK.

Tony Devine Tony Devine (BA Hons)

I have qualifications in physiology and psychology which I have used extensively in the education sector as well as supporting people with learning difficulties. As part of project RAY (funded by BBC Children In Need) my role with children is to raise self esteem, confidence and training them to become experts in anti-bullying strategies.

I deliver conflict resolution training to a wide range of public sector clients and pride myself on my delivery and ability to get results by working closely with delegates in their environment.

Tony Sommers

Tony Somers

I have worked in the area of conflict resolution for over twenty years in one way or another. Being  a qualified counsellor and NLP master practitioner I put a big emphasis on avoiding conflict through awareness and communication skills. Although highly qualified in various martial arts I believe that a physical confrontation is a last resort and should be viewed as a failure in communication skills.

Ben Er'by Ben Er'by (LLB Hons)

With qualifications that include a Law degree, I have a wide range of knowledge including that of Mental Health Law and Criminal Law. Although I have spent many years competing in martial arts and worked as a Door Supervisor for over 7 years, I always aims to teach Conflict Resolution with physical intervention being the last resort. I always place great emphasis on personal development.
